Questions for Visionary Leaders

Visionary Coaching Guide

About The Book

For innovation and great development there is a big need for genuine leaders, in every sphere of society.

  • Leaders who are confident in their identity and purpose in life, with a wealthy mentality, who care for the well-being of other people, and the progress of the society in which they live.
  • Leaders with a pioneer spirit, anchored in reality and preoccupied with a better future.
  • Visionary leaders who are committed to a higher cause: a great vision that needs to become reality.
  • Leaders with solid values who facilitate and protect a strategic implementation, together with like-minded people.

Questions for Visionary Leaders is a great guide that covers 10 essential areas to be a better leader (e.g identity, vision, mission, strategy, team work and resources), with more than 2400 open questions.

Questions for Visionary Leaders will…

  • Empower you for a meaningful and fruitful adventure.
  • Help you start traveling with enthusiasm to the desired destination.
  • Stimulate your creative potential to fulfill your mission, with understanding and satisfaction.
  • Bless you with intellectual fuel that will empower many others for success.

FROM THE AUTHOR

Interacting with people with different types of personalities, I realized that some are more likely to be concerned about the future than others; some people seem to live in the future only, while others live in the moment. Some seem to always see possibilities and opportunities, while other scan only acknowledge the reality, what already exists.

Studying and comparing personality types, I discovered that some people naturally tend to not see the forest for the trees, while others see it the opposite way.

From my work experience, one on one and with teams, I notice that many people pay attention to specific details, while some are more interested in the bigger picture, but without any real commitment to achieve something. Some are more theoretical, others are more pragmatic. Some are more innovative, others are more practical. Some look for hidden meanings, others look for the concrete value.

Rarely have I met leaders who manage to be concerned about the future, conceptual and innovative, with a good overview, but who also value the present moment, the tangible, the practical actions and the details that make the difference.

Inborn potential is worth exploring and exploiting, as well as the ability to operate in complementary aspects. This is how the idea of this visionary coaching guide was born: To maximize what comes naturally, your strengths, but also to be more intentional outside the comfort zone. That same potential should also be maximized within teams, and society in general; just as every human being in his unique way is important and valuable, together we complement one another and can work together to make the world a better place.

Some people are just a question away from a new revelation, an open door away from unique opportunities, a quick exit from ignorance, from the ordinary, from loss, from failures, etc.

Before writing this question book, my own experience helped me enormously, but so did a formal training in three areas related to the subject of this book: pioneering, leadership, and life coaching.

The vision of the book. The following scenario is what stimulated me to write this guide: visionaries at the beginning of (a new) adventure, starting and traveling enthusiastically to their target destination, while they are delighted to use the (intellectual) fuel offered by me. This fuel is already very useful for coaches and leaders who are passionate about guiding others to success.

The mission of the book. The essential contribution of this guide should be the following: to stimulate the creative potential of leaders in order to fulfill their mission with skill and satisfaction.
